Sanitaryware shower set manufacturers

Prioritize Brass (H59/H62) for the main body due to its superior corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties. For the shower head and handheld components, 304 Stainless Steel or high-grade ABS with multi-layer electroplating is recommended. Ensure the electroplating thickness meets the 10-level salt spray test (24-48 hours) to prevent peeling and rust in humid environments.

Look for Ceramic Valve Cores (e.g., Sedal or Kerox brands) which are tested for 500,000 opening/closing cycles to prevent leakage. For safety, a Thermostatic Valve with a 38°C safety lock is essential to prevent scalding caused by sudden pressure changes. Additionally, Air-Injection Technology can save up to 30% water while maintaining high pressure.

Depending on the target market, ensure the products carry CE (Europe), CUPC (North America), or WaterMark (Australia) certifications. For lead-free safety, verify compliance with NSF/ANSI 61 standards. If sourcing via Made-in-China.com, check for SGS or TÜV Rheinland verified supplier reports to confirm factory capabilities.

Choose shower heads equipped with Easy-Clean Silicone Nozzles. These allow users to rub away limescale and mineral deposits with a finger, preventing clogs. For matte black or PVD finishes, confirm the use of Anti-Fingerprint coating to reduce water spots and maintenance frequency.

Request a 100% Air Pressure and Water Testing report from the supplier before shipment. For packaging, insist on EPE foam inserts and 5-layer corrugated master cartons to protect the finish and heavy brass components during long-distance sea freight. Consider a third-party pre-shipment inspection to verify the 'drop test' standards.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for spare parts (1-2% extra valve cores and O-rings) to be included in the bulk price. For large orders, request customized laser-engraved logos and OEM packaging at no extra cost, and leverage tiered pricing where a 500-unit order should yield a 10-15% discount compared to the sample price.

Sanitaryware is heavy; use FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over shipping costs if you have a reliable forwarder. Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties that some regions impose on ceramic or specific metal products from China. Ensure the HS Code (typically 8481.80) is correctly classified to avoid customs delays and incorrect tariff applications.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure payments are only released upon confirmation of shipment. Always conduct a Factory Audit (virtual or physical) to confirm the supplier is a Manufacturer rather than a small trading company, ensuring better quality control and direct after-sales support.
