Normal flat tv manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Panel Type (LED, OLED, or QLED) and Resolution (Full HD vs. 4K). For commercial use, ensure a brightness level of at least 250-300 nits and a refresh rate of 60Hz or higher to ensure smooth playback. Additionally, verify the interface availability, including at least two HDMI 2.0 ports, USB 2.0/3.0, and RJ45 Ethernet for smart models.

Compliance is region-specific: for the US market, UL certification and FCC Part 15 are required; for the EU, CE marking, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and ERP (Energy-related Products) efficiency ratings are mandatory. Ensure the supplier provides CB (Certified Body) reports which facilitate easier certification across multiple global markets.

Request a Grade A panel guarantee (no dead pixels). Ask for the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) report, which should ideally be above 30,000 to 50,000 hours. Conduct a drop test for packaging (ISTA 1A or 3A standards) to ensure the fragile glass panels survive international transit.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer boot-up logo customization, silk-screen branding on the bezel, and customized remote controls. For software, you can request pre-installed localized apps or a specific Android OS version to suit your target market's language and content preferences.

Always insist on reinforced packaging with EPE foam rather than standard EPS. For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, pallets are mandatory to prevent manual mishandling. Ensure the contract specifies that the supplier is responsible for loading supervision and use insurance (CIF terms) to cover potential transit damage.

TV margins are thin, so focus on tiered pricing based on panel market fluctuations. A typical MOQ for 32-inch TVs is 500-1000 units, while larger screens (65"+) may allow for 100-200 units. Negotiate for 1% to 2% FOC (Free of Charge) spare parts, such as mainboards, power boards, and remote controls, to handle local after-sales repairs.

Use Secured Trading services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released upon proof of shipment. Conduct a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) via a third party like SGS or Intertek to verify the quantity, quality, and functional testing of the TVs before the final balance is paid.

Check the HS Code (typically 852872) for your specific country to calculate Anti-Dumping Duties, which can be high for TVs in certain regions. Work with a freight forwarder experienced in sensitive electronics to manage the magnetic inspection if shipping by air, though sea freight is the standard for cost-efficiency in this category.
