Li auto l7 manufacturers

The Li Auto L7 is a flagship five-seat family SUV featuring an Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV) system. It is equipped with a 1.5T four-cylinder range extender and dual-motor intelligent all-wheel drive, delivering a total power output of 330 kW and 620 Nm of torque. Buyers should note the CLTC comprehensive range of 1,315 km and a pure electric range of 210 km, making it ideal for both urban commuting and long-distance travel. Ensure the vehicle includes the Li Magic Carpet Air Suspension for superior ride comfort.

The L7 comes in three trims: Air, Pro, and Max. For B2B buyers targeting high-end tech markets, the Max version is recommended as it features dual NVIDIA Orin-X chips (508 TOPS) and LiDAR, supporting full-scenario AD Max autonomous driving. The smart cockpit should be verified for its multi-screen interaction system, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, ensuring a seamless user experience with the 15.7-inch 3K resolution central control and passenger entertainment screens.

Ensure the vehicle has passed the C-NCAP five-star safety rating and meets ISO 26262 functional safety standards. For cross-border trade, verify the WVTA (Whole Vehicle Type Approval) or specific regional certifications like GCC for the Middle East or E-mark for Europe. It is critical to confirm the battery safety protocols, including thermal runaway protection and IP68-rated waterproof battery packs.

As an EREV, the L7 requires maintenance for both the electric drive system and the internal combustion range extender. Buyers should establish a supply chain for genuine spare parts, particularly for the air suspension bellows and HEPA cabin filters. Since the software is a core component, confirm if the supplier can facilitate OTA (Over-the-Air) updates or provide offline diagnostic tools for international markets.

The biggest risks include battery degradation during long-term transit and export license compliance. To mitigate these, ensure the battery state of charge (SoC) is maintained between 30% and 50% during shipping. Always use professional automotive logistics providers who are experienced in handling Class 9 hazardous materials (lithium batteries). Verify that the supplier on Made-in-China.com has a valid Export License for Used/New Vehicles issued by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.

Focus on Total Landed Cost rather than just the EXW price. Negotiate for volume-based discounts (typically 3-8% for 10+ units) and request free wear-and-tear parts kits (filters, brake pads). Demand transparency in the production date; vehicles stored for over 6 months should be subject to additional price concessions. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure funds are only released upon verification of the Bill of Lading and VIN matching.

For the Li Auto L7, Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping is the most cost-effective for large volumes, providing the best protection against damage. For smaller batches or inland destinations (e.g., Central Asia or Europe), Containerized Shipping (2 units per 40HQ) or China-Europe Railway Express offers better security and speed. Ensure the vehicle is shipped in 'Transport Mode' to prevent battery drain and that moisture-absorbent bags are placed inside the cabin.

Buyers must stay updated on anti-subsidy duties and carbon border adjustment mechanisms (CBAM). Check your local import tariff schedule for HS Code 8703 (Motor cars). Some regions offer VAT exemptions or subsidies for New Energy Vehicles, which can significantly improve your profit margins. Ensure all documentation, including the Certificate of Origin and Battery Declaration, is accurately prepared to avoid customs delays.
