Funnel urinal manufacturers

When sourcing funnel urinals, prioritize Medical-Grade Silicone or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Silicone is preferred for portable/female urinals due to its flexibility, skin-friendly properties, and ability to be folded without losing shape. For stationary or industrial funnels, ensure the plastic is BPA-free and resistant to chemical corrosion to maintain hygiene and durability over long-term use.

Since these products often fall under medical or personal care categories, they must meet FDA (US) or CE (EU) registration requirements. Ensure the manufacturer provides ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management) certification. For materials, REACH or RoHS compliance is essential to guarantee the absence of toxic phthalates or heavy metals, especially for products with prolonged skin contact.

Look for an ergonomic splash-proof design with a wide mouth to prevent leakage. For portable versions, a long spout or extension tube is a critical feature for directed flow. Additionally, check for hydrophobic surface coatings that ensure the funnel remains dry and easy to clean after use, reducing the risk of bacterial growth.

Request a leakage test report from the supplier. High-quality funnel urinals should feature a threaded connection or a reinforced snap-on lid if they include a collection container. For female standing urinals, the structural integrity of the rim is vital; it must be firm enough to maintain a seal against the body under slight pressure without collapsing.

Always request a pre-production sample to test material softness and odor. Use third-party inspection services (like V-Trust or SGS) to conduct a During Production Check (DUPRO) or a Final Random Inspection (FRI) to ensure the batch matches the approved sample. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone comprehensive on-site verification of their manufacturing capabilities.

Start by asking for a tiered pricing structure (e.g., 500, 2000, and 5000 units). If you are a startup, negotiate a lower MOQ for the first trial order by offering to pay a slightly higher unit price, which can be credited back to your account upon the first bulk reorder. Mention your intent for a long-term partnership to secure OEM/Private Labeling at lower volume thresholds.

Since these items are lightweight but can be bulky, use vacuum packaging for silicone models to reduce shipping volume and costs. Ensure the outer cartons are 5-layer corrugated boxes with moisture-proof liners. For international trade, clarify the Incoterms; FOB (Free On Board) is generally recommended for buyers who want better control over freight costs and customs clearance through their own forwarder.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is held in escrow until you confirm receipt and quality. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts; always ensure the beneficiary name matches the company name on the business license and the proforma invoice.
