Dth hammer drilling machine manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Air Consumption (CFM) and Working Pressure (Bar), as these directly determine drilling speed and depth. Ensure the machine supports the hole diameter range required for your project (typically 90mm to 300mm). Look for high-grade alloy steel construction for the hammer body and tungsten carbide inserts for the drill bits to ensure maximum wear resistance in hard rock formations.

Verify that the manufacturer holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management. For the machinery itself, CE Marking is essential for European markets, while MA (Mining Safety) certification is critical for underground operations. Always request material test reports and heat treatment certificates to validate the structural integrity of the DTH hammer.

For open-pit mining and quarrying, crawler-mounted rigs with high-pressure hammers are preferred for mobility. For water well drilling, truck-mounted units offer better long-distance transportability. If working in confined spaces or civil engineering foundations, compact or modular DTH units are more economically feasible and easier to maneuver.

Regular lubrication via an inline oiler is mandatory to prevent internal friction and overheating. Buyers should check the check valve and internal springs every 100 operating hours. Ensure the thread connections are cleaned and coated with specialized thread grease to prevent galling, which can lead to expensive downtime.

Engage a third-party inspection agency (such as SGS or Bureau Veritas) to conduct a pre-shipment inspection (PSI). They should verify the serial numbers, motor specifications, and perform a dry-run test. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize 'Audited Suppliers' who have undergone comprehensive on-site factory verifications.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the initial purchase price. Negotiate for a wear-parts package (extra O-rings, pistons, and drill bits) to be included in the bulk price. Request a 12-18 month warranty period and clarify the availability of technical video support for troubleshooting.

Due to the weight and dimensions, use FR (Flat Rack) or OT (Open Top) containers for sea freight. Ensure the machine is treated with anti-rust spray or VCI packaging to prevent saltwater corrosion during transit. Confirm that the supplier provides a detailed packing list and HS Code (typically 8430.41) to avoid customs delays and ensure correct tariff application.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until shipping documents are verified. For large balances, consider using a Letter of Credit (L/C) to ensure the supplier meets all contractual obligations before funds are released.
