Blood bag making machine manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize High-Frequency (HF) Welding Technology (typically 27.12MHz) to ensure leak-proof seams. Key specs include a production capacity of 800–1,500 pcs/hour, PLC control systems (such as Siemens or Mitsubishi) for precision, and automatic tube feeding and welding modules. Ensure the machine supports medical-grade PVC or non-PVC (EVA/PP) materials and features servo-motor driving for high-accuracy film tension control.

The machine must adhere to ISO 13485 (Medical devices — Quality management systems) and CE Certification for the European market. Since the end product is a medical container, the machine's output must facilitate compliance with ISO 3826 (Plastics collapsible containers for human blood). Ensure the supplier provides IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification) documentation to meet global medical manufacturing audits.

Top-tier machines are designed for Class 10,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom environments, featuring stainless steel (SUS304/316L) frames and non-shedding components. Look for integrated automatic waste-edge removal and UV sterilization modules. The welding process must be spark-protected to prevent micro-perforations that could compromise the sterile barrier of the bag.

The machine should be versatile enough to produce single, double, triple, or quadruple blood bags. Functional requirements include integrated port welding, labeling stations, and anticoagulant (CPDA-1) filling systems. For specialized needs, verify if the machine can handle leukocyte depletion filter integration or transfer bag production.

The main risks include damage during maritime transit and technical misalignment with local power grids. To mitigate this, insist on vacuum-sealed wooden crate packaging and specify your local voltage/frequency requirements (e.g., 220V/60Hz vs 380V/50Hz) in the contract. Always use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure funds are only released after shipping documents are verified.

Negotiate for Remote FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) via live video and a guaranteed response time of <12 hours. Demand a wear-parts kit (electrodes, silicone strips, fuses) sufficient for 2 years of operation. For high-value lines, include a clause for on-site installation and engineer training, ensuring the supplier handles the visa and travel logistics for their technicians.

Never transfer full payment upfront; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) or after a successful third-party inspection (e.g., SGS or Intertek) is recommended. Verify the supplier's Business License and Export Qualification on the Made-in-China.com platform to ensure they are a legitimate manufacturer and not a middleman.

Due to the weight and precision of the equipment, FCL (Full Container Load) sea freight is the most cost-effective and safest method. For urgent parts or small semi-auto units, Air Freight can be used, but ensure the machine is bolted to a skid to prevent shifting. Always purchase All-Risk Marine Insurance covering 110% of the CIF value.
